Investing in modern furniture: le corbusier chairs
In a day and age where investing is what we all need to do in order to prepare for retirement I wonder about making investments which would be considered “outside the box”. I mean in other ways other than stocks, bonds and mutual funds. Is it wise to make investments in tangible objects? I ask because I have the opportunity to purchase a le le corbusier chairwhich in some peoples eyes would be considered a work of art. And art, as we all know, has the potential to appreciate in value over time. In an effort to think about investing in alternative ways I ask you; is investing in furniture a smart choice?
