My Building Is In Serious Need Of Residential Deck Sealing And Exterior Wall Cleaning
My apartment complex is covered in graffiti, it looks absolutely horrible . I know that the property managers make enough money off of us renters to pay for Facade Cleaning or sand it off and down or whatever to clean that up. My building stands out from the rest, looking dilapidated and depressing . I actually live in a great neighborhood, very little violence . It’s full of yuppies and pretentious young artists for the most part. So that outside wall really stands out. I probably won’t be living in this building for very much longer, but I would at least like it if I brought a girl home and had my place look somewhat respectful, I don’t want her to be scared to stay the night because of all the graffiti on the wall of the complex . I understand that I am just renting but I hate pointing out to friends and family that I live in the only dilapidated building in the area, where it looks like it was the hiding place for gang members and their opposition . I know that this is not a permanent thing for me but honestly I am so embarrassed to show anyone my place because I think even if you don’t own it, where you live says a lot about who you are as a person . I constantly give everyone way too much credit, but I don’t see others doing that for me . However, like I said, I’ll probably be moving so I won’t really care towards the end of this year.
